Christina “Chrisel” Peterson graduated from the University of Florida in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in biology. She went on to earn her Master of Science in physician assistant studies from South University in 2017. She received training in a variety of clinical settings including surgery, cardiology, emergency medicine, internal medicine, women’s health, primary care, behavioral health, and pediatrics.

Chrisel is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She has certifications from the American Health Association in Basic Life Support as well as Advanced Cardiac Life Support. She is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants.
